I’m Matt Matthias. I live in Staffordshire, where I build the future.

As a kid, I was always making something. Cardboard cities, treasure hunts with elaborate maps, and clunky programs on an old family computer. I wasn’t just interested in how things worked. I wanted to know how they felt. Could a flicker of light change the mood? Could sound make something unforgettable? Could a few lines of code bring an idea to life?

That instinct has shaped everything I’ve done since. I’ve built AI-powered tour guides that blend music, visuals, and storytelling into seamless journeys. I’ve created immersive Halloween experiences where every detail pulls you into another world. And I’ve led the development of large-scale platforms used by thousands of people worldwide; systems that manage complex data, reduce energy consumption, and enable global teams to collaborate securely and effectively.

But the real lesson across all these projects? People do their best work when they feel calm, safe, and connected to a shared purpose. Whether it’s leading a team across time zones or setting the stage for someone’s first big idea, I believe great environments make great outcomes inevitable.

Today, I’m focused on building products, teams, companies, and experiences that aren’t just functional, they’re memorable. Whether it’s something sprawling and corporate or small and intimate, I’m here to bridge the gap between vision and execution and make sure great ideas don’t just stay ideas.
